Delivery Policy
Jarvis AI is a digital software product. There is no physical item to ship — your access is delivered electronically by email and download once your order is processed and your access is ready.
Availability Jarvis AI is available to customers worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Order Processing Please allow up to 4 business days after completing your payment for us to process your order. For products that are available immediately, you will receive your access and activation details by email once processing is complete. For pre-order products, please see the pre-order sections below.
Order Cancellation You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request cancellation of your order, provided your access has not yet been delivered. Once access to the software has been delivered to you, your request will be handled under our standard Refund Policy (found in the navigation section at the bottom of the website).
Delivery Method & Times Your access is delivered by email to the address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. If you have not received your access within the processing time above, contact us at 001@gorvay.com.
Pre-order Definition A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate access but is expected to become available within a specified timeframe. Products labeled as "Pre-order," or with a purchase button labeled "Pre-Order Now," are classified as pre-order products.
Pre-order Fulfilment Jarvis AI is currently available on a pre-order basis. Access is expected to begin rolling out around June 30th, 2026. Please note this is an estimate only and may take longer — fulfilment may extend to July 30th, 2026 or beyond as we finalize the release. Pre-order customers receive access in waves, and you will be notified by email with your download and activation details as soon as your access is ready. These dates are estimates and may change.
Refund Policy for Pre-orders Due to the nature of pre-orders, you may request a refund at any time before your access has been delivered. Once access to the software has been delivered to you, refund requests are handled under our standard Refund Policy.
