Jarvis AI is a digital software product delivered electronically. Because of this, the terms below are tailored to a downloadable product rather than physical goods.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving access to your Jarvis AI software to request a refund. To be eligible, your request must be made within 30 days of the date access was delivered to you. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Pre-order Definition A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate access but is expected to become available within a specified timeframe. Products labeled as "Pre-order" on our website are classified as pre-order products.

Pre-order Fulfillment Jarvis AI is currently available on a pre-order basis. Access is expected to begin rolling out around June 30th, 2026. Please note this is an estimate only and may take longer — fulfillment may extend to July 30th, 2026 or beyond as we finalize the release. Pre-order customers receive access in waves, and you will be notified by email with your download and activation details as soon as your access is ready. These dates are estimates and may change.

Refund Policy for Pre-orders Due to the nature of pre-orders, you may request a refund at any time before your access has been delivered. Once access to the software has been delivered to you, refund requests are handled under the 30-day money-back guarantee above, beginning from the date access was delivered.

Issues & Defects Please test Jarvis AI once your access is delivered and contact us immediately at 001@gorvay.com if the software fails to activate, won't run on a supported system, or isn't working as described, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

System Requirements Jarvis AI runs on Windows and macOS. Please make sure your computer meets the current system requirements before purchasing. If you're unable to run the software on a supported and up-to-date system and we can't resolve it with you, you're covered under the money-back guarantee above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that for digital products, this right may end once you begin downloading or using the software, where you have expressly agreed to immediate access — in line with applicable EU consumer law. Where the cooling-off period applies, contact us at 001@gorvay.com and we'll process your cancellation.

Refunds We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request and let you know whether it was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact our support team at 001@gorvay.com.
